>> Go to FILTERS >> BLUR >> Smart Blur and set Radius: 100, Threshold: 100, Quality: High, Mode Normal. You will get a smooth, illustration like image.

>> Now go to FILTERS >> SHARPEN >> Unsharp Mask and set Amount: 60, Radius: 80, Threshold: 0.

My card

I do not know how to make my card any bigger, so here it is.  It is simple.  I thought rather than trying to clutter it, I would leave it as it is.  I tried to think of something that would match a strategic track (like an image), but I couldn't think of anything.  For now, this is all I have.  I will work on it some more though.

This is a picture i took in an alley next to my house in india. I tried to take it quickly so they wouldn't spot me but as you can see. FAIL. It's just people hanging out, a dad hanging with his kids, it captures their everyday life, they are in that alley after dinner everyday.
