First Project

I lost the original version of this project so I toughed it out and re-did the color. It is similar to the one I turned in.
I chose this picture because it reminded me of my little brother.

This is a painting my little brother did for me. It is an image of an abstract ballerina in some sort of lake...he called it "shallow light."

I wasn't familiar enough with Illustrator to do the pen lines so I used a brush package as well as CS2 instead of CS3.

I used this tutorial (and tweaked it a bit) to help come up with a logo concept for my Dad's Photography company. The idea is that he used a slow shutter speed while taking a picture, and someone spelled his name in lights. This effect can be seen here and here.
